Terms of service

Chem IRL Solutions drafts and (when you enable it) sends replies to your customers' emails using AI, grounded in the knowledge you provide. You stay in control: confidence thresholds, escalation rules, and the review queue decide what goes out automatically.

• You must own or have authority over any inbox you connect.
• You're responsible for the knowledge you provide and for reviewing the agent's configuration — replies are sent from your address, on your behalf.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no sending spam.

Drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. Auto-send is off by default; when you enable it you accept that replies meeting your configured rules are sent without human review. We recommend conservative thresholds and the escalation guardrails.

Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe: a flat subscription plus metered overage only if you opt in (it's off by default, with a hard spend cap you control). The 14-day trial requires no card and stops at its included reply quota.

Your data stays yours. How we handle it — including Google user data and the Limited Use commitments — is described in the privacy policy and the data processing addendum. Disconnecting an inbox deletes its stored credentials; closing your account deletes workspace data.

The service is provided “as is” during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
